Client: City of Sandy, Oregon
Challenge: A full color update was needed for Sandy, Oregon's city seal. City Manager Scott Lazenby explained that they wished to retain the same general look and feel, keeping the forest, river and mountain elements.
Process: A stained-glass piece that was located in the city chambers provided inspiration for a more detailed representation of Mt. Hood and the forest foothills.
Outcome: The new logo is used to identify promotion materials and sponsored events, including highway signage, and the official city website.
